In the 1960s and `70s, acclaimed sports documentarian Bruce Brown (THE ENDLESS SUMMER, ON ANY SUNDAY) trained his eye on the burgeoning sport of off-road motorcycle racing. Motocross was still in its infancy when Brown traveled to California to film a pair of thrilling races--one at the legendary Ascot Park raceway and another at Bob Hope`s Hopetown ranch--that included legendary racers Torsten Hallman, Skip Van Leeuwen, and Mert Lawwill among their participants. Co-edited by Wes Brown (Bruce`s grandson) and his filmmaking partner T.J.
